Suit claims Boulder’s Wana Brands stole ideas from Adams County vape firm

Wana Brands, a Boulder-based, marijuana-infused edible manufacturer, is facing a lawsuit from another Colorado cannabis company that claims ideas and strategies for entering the vaporizer market were stolen following a failed merger.

The suit was filed late last week in Boulder County District Court by LP Capital, which runs a refinery in Adams County that makes marijuana concentrate products such as vape pen cartridges, shatter and wax, according to court documents.
